Just another hot girl to watch out for in the poker industry. Although she's not one of the best female poker players, but she's definitely one of the hottest, sexiest and most stunning poker girls around the world.

After being the Playboy's Playmate of the month for January 2007 and was named as the Playmate of the Year for 2008. The Canadian hot model, Jayde Nicole found a new career to becoming a professional poker player.

Jayde Nicole has recently taken to the felt with an appearance on the PokerStars.net Million Dollar Challenge. She also discuss in an interview on PokerNews how she became interested and introduced to the game poker.

Here are some of the actual questions and answers in the interview:

So Jayde, tell us, how did you stumble into poker for the first time?
Well, I first started playing poker with my boyfriend Brody Jenner who loves poker. He has big poker games from time to time, and I took to the game right away. I then met All In Magazine publisher Kasey Thompson and I agreed to doing the "All In Magazine Project" where each month I train with a different professional poker player and track all my progress and results in the pages of the magazine.

Are there any advantages of being a Playmate at the poker tables?
First of all, nobody takes you seriously at the poker table. Girls at the table hate you and everyone else tries to help you learn. It's somewhat similar to how Daniel reacted before my match on the "Million Dollar Challenge."

Which is more exciting, flopping top pair or posing topless?
(laughs) I would say flopping top pair is more fun.

Hotter accessory, a WSOP bracelet or a Playmate of the Year diamond pendant?
If I were ever lucky enough to win a bracelet, I would have to ask them to custom make me a special one. The bracelets are so big and heavy and are obviously designed for guys. So for now, I would have to go with my Playmate of the Year pendant.

Who is your favorite poker player and why?
Daniel Negreanu is definitely my favorite. I just love the way he plays the game and he is Canadian like me. So many poker players seem to have big egos, and he is so sweet and fun to be around.

Where can we expect to see you at the poker tables next?
Well, I plan on playing two to three poker tournaments online each week. I'm also playing in an Ante Up for Africa event this week, and then Ill be playing in the PokerStars Caribbean Challenge in the Bahamas in January.

Now, Jayde Nicole is still engaged on her first love – modeling, but still she's having appearance on poker events and tournaments.

Anna Benson – The Gold Digger of Poker

This poker girl is more than mere good looks and great assets, Anna Benson is absolutely one of the girls on poker to watch out for. She, the Gold Digger of Poker, has taken the poker world by surprise in just under a year. Beauty, brains and wit on the tables, no doubt she has quickly gained respect as one of the foremost female poker players in the poker world.

Anna Benson entered the 2005 World Series of Poker just because of a dare from an anonymous fan. Fortunately, she became the beneficiary of the dare. Despite of having just under a month of training for the game, Texas Holdem to be particular, Anna outlasted until the end of the third day, beating more than half of the field of experienced and professional poker players - about 1200 players.

Anna Benson is a woman to be seen and to be heard. She already had countless of magazine layouts hitting the stands, she balances her time between photo shoots interviews and charitable endeavors. Anna has been featured on TV shows and sexy magazine such as FHM, being featured twice on FHM sexiest list.

She is also a devout philanthropist, having donated thousands of dollars to various charities around the world. She also had a non profit organization that is devoted to fight terrorism in local communities, named Benson's Battalion. The organization has assisted numerous police departments, fire departments and emergency medical services through their own funds.

The Battalion was created in response to September 11, 2001. After donating $50,000.00 to the United Way, Anna and Kris still wanted to do more, and the Battalion allows them to stay actively involved in the protection of their communities. Senator Melissa Hart honored Benson's Battalion in congress in the early part of 2004.

Today, although it is not clear whether or not she will be engaging in another World Series of Poker Tournament, but she still plays poker as a her hobby. She occasionally plays poker, live and even at a reliable online casino for good.

Christina Lindley – Super Sexy Poker Pro

Mostly known for her sexy photos on magazines like Maxim and Playboy, but it doesn't mean that she's not serious with the game poker and she's actually a pro. And she's no other than, the super sexy Christina Lindley.

She was first engaged with poker because of her commercial for an online poker site in which she played as the girlfriend of Antonio Esfandiari, a couple of years ago. Since then she started to be more interested on the game. And among the girls on poker, Christina looks up to Annie Duke, Jennifer Harman and Jennifer Tilly.

Because of her interests on poker, especially the No Limit Hold'em game, she started living differently and prepare herself for a poker lifestyle. Christina became active on playing on live tournaments and even joining to online poker games. She started reading books about poker and has been tutored by some of the big names on poker industry. After that, Christina decided to create a team composed of talented girls on poker and she named it TWC.

Christina Lindley made many appearances on the poker industry. She made news in Atlantic City with her play in WSOP Main Even at Harrah's. She was also sponsored by Foxwoods Resort Casino to play in the World Poker Finals 10K No Limit Hold'em Championship where she will be the spokes person and host for several parties and events during the tournament.

Christina Lindley was also requested to play in the World Poker Tour's Celebrity Charity Invitational Legends of Poker, kickoff event at the Bicycle Casino in Los Angeles. She doesn't believed she can make it through to the final table along with her favorite player Annie Duke, and Van Nguyen. Christina was very happy for being part of that successful poker event.

Tara Rice – Hot Poker Babe

Another hot poker girl to watch out for – Tara Rice, a professional model and actress who was involved in some major poker tournaments. This blonde girl from California has a perfect body measurement of 36-24-34, and stands 5'9”. She's definitely qualifies to be one of the hottest poker babe around.

Tara Rice is not only famous because of her modeling career, but she also became a hot discussion on many online poker forums after appearing on poker tournaments. Playing poker is actually more like a hobby for Tara, especially her favorite No-limit Texas Holdem game. Even she's playing poker for few months only, Tara enrolled in the Legends of Poker Ladies No Limit Tournament way back 2005. Surprisingly, she ranked 35th, which is quite decent for someone with very little poker experience playing in a professional tourney.

Until now, Tara Rice is still playing small tournaments around the country and competes in cash games on a regular basis. Michelle Orpe – Stunning Poker Babe

This girl on poker is not a stranger to the poker world for she's involved to the poker scene for more than 5 years now. And we're talking about Michelle Orpe, a multi-talented TV presenter and a favorite face who hosted the European Poker Tour.

Michelle personally loves the game poker and she learned to play it while she was hosting the cult TV show Poker Night Live. Thus, she's not only an excellent poker host but also a formidable poker player at the tables.

She loves playing the game live and proved she could hold her own at the tables when she won her first ever sponsored poker tournament, a qualifier into the European Poker Tour in London at the Victoria Casino. She won her seat out of a field of over 200 players.

Kelly Hu – Passionate Poker Player

An avid fan of poker and a passionate poker player, Kelly Hu. Her Chinese-Haiwan and American features made her deserving to be one of the hottest girls on poker on the list.

Kelly Hu was born on February 13, 1968 in Hawaii by her mother Juanita, who was a state engineering drafter. While her father, a salesman and an exotic bird feeder, Herbert. But unfortunately, her parents went divorced during Kelly's childhood.

Hu has held a lifelong interest in singing and dancing and has also been interested in martial arts since her early childhood, when her older brother would arrange for her to fight neighborhood boys. Hu's cousin was a successful model in Japan and Hu decided to follow her example. To gain publicity, Kelly won the Miss Hawaii Teen USA 1985 title and competed in the Miss Teen USA 1985 pageant, becoming the third Miss Teen USA titleholder.

She has taken part in HollywoodPoker.com's "Celebrity Poker Night" (May 30, 2006), and in July 2006 she placed in the top 200 in the World Series of Poker Ladies Tournament, besting nearly a thousand other competitors. Her celebrity teammates included Mimi Rogers, Victoria Pratt, Anne Heche, Mena Suvari, Jean Smart, and Ricki Lake.

Liv Boeree – Online Poker Ambassador

Respected with her great poker skills, beauty and charm, Liv Boeree is more than just a girl on poker. She studied astrophysics at the University of Manchester. This hot girl on poker was born in Kent, United Kingdom but eventually moved on to London after her studies.

Olivia “Liv” Boeree began her successful poker career as a reality show personality where she was coached by professional poker players like Phil Hellmuth himself. She has since become a very skilled and active pro poker player and had become an online poker ambassador.

After studying the game intensely, her first success broke through at the 2008 Ladbrokes Poker European Ladies Championship, taking down the event for $42K. In 2009, Liv Boeree continue her success by winning $40K in the World Poker Tour Five Star World Poker Classic $25K event. Later that year, she went on to pick up her first two World Series of Poker cashes, making the money in $1K and $1.5K No Limit Hold’em events. Following her run of success, Liv was signed by UB.com to be one of their sponsored pros.

In 2010, Boeree won the €5,000 European Poker Tour San Remo Main Event for $1.7 million. In addition to the massive first place prize, making her the third female poker player to win a European Poker Tour championship title.

Leo Margets – Spanish Poker Girl

Often, girls on poker are underestimated at the poker tables and in the poker world. Fortunately, this has changed in the meantime. Now, you can see a lot of talented and skilled female poker players participating tournaments.

Straight out of Barcelona, Spain, Leonor Margets-Perez, well known as Leo Margets is one of the best female poker players. She began playing poker only in 2005 – but she liked the game right from the beginning. She played as often as possible and she soon showed great talent, especially at Texas Holdem.

She began developing her skills in local clubs and actually won the first live event she played – The University Championships – held in her hometown of Barcelona. It was no surprise for her to win the University Poker Championship 2008.

Being a woman in a relatively undeveloped poker nation is an interesting position for Margets, and given her success in 2009, she could find herself carrying the poker flag for her country in years to come.

Leo Margets' biggest success of her poker career was in 2009, when she participated at the WSOP in Las Vegas for the first time. She won 17th place, along with $352K in cash, Margets received the Last Woman Standing Cup, an award given to the last woman left in the Main Event field. Margets’ next biggest cash was a third in the $2K No Limit Hold’em Six-Max event at the 2010 Aussie Millions, which was good for $54K. She also made the final table of Full Tilt Poker Series Spain 2009 in Malaga, taking $15K for sixth place.

In April, 2010, Margets made her first television appearance since the 2009 WSOP in Poker Heaven’s European Cash Game Season Two. Her opponents in the game included Andy Black, Sammy George, Eric Liu, and Andrew Feldman.

In an interview with PokerStrategy, she expressed support for her fellow women in poker. “I like that most female poker players who have made their name in this world have a strong personality. We are woman who love what we do, and that have decided to put our time doing something still uncommon to us, but that fulfills us in many ways.”
