I've decided to do this post in two parts. First is my collection of looks from Alexander McQueen S/S 2011. The second will be up close shots of these pieces because they are too beautiful and magical to overlook. It was probably my favorite collection to come from Paris, and possibly the entire spring 2011 season.
What an amazing start to the new house regime at McQueen with the first official spring collection not to be designed by Lee himself. The shaping and designs are all very familiar to the McQueen look, but with a few twists that Sarah Burton has added. The dresses all look like they're living and breathing on their own.
The House of Alexander McQueen is in good hands.
